Umrah is a pilgrimage to Mecca that Muslims can perform at any time of the year. Unlike Hajj, it is not obligatory, but it holds significant spiritual rewards. Below is a guide on Umrah details:
: Arrival in Makkah
Arrive at Jeddah Airport, complete immigration and meet our representative.
Transfer to Makkah (1.5–2 hrs).
Hotel check-in and perform Umrah under guidance.
Rest and acclimatize to the blessed surroundings.

Day 2 to Day 8 – Perform daily prayers, Roza, Namaz, Duaas, Zikr, and Tawaf in Masjid al-Haram.
Engage in Qur’an recitation and personal ibadah.
Optional: Perform additional Umrah from Masjid Taneem.
: Makkah Ziyarats
Guided tour including Jabal al-Noor, Jabal al-Thawr, Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah, Masjid al-Jinn, and Jannat al-Mu‘alla.
Return to hotel for rest and worship.
: Makkah
Day 10 to Day 12 – Special ibadah for the blessed night of Shab-e-Meraj.
Perform extra Nawafil, Duaas, and night worship.
: Move to Madinah
Checkout from hotel and travel to Madinah (approx. 5–6 hrs by coach).
Check-in at hotel near Masjid an-Nabawi.
Visit the Prophet’s Mosque and offer Salam.

Day 14 to Day 17 – Perform daily prayers, Roza, Duaas, Qur’an recitation, and personal ibadah in Masjid an-Nabawi.
Visit Rawdah (subject to permission).

Guided visits to Masjid Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, Uhud Mountain, and Saba Masajid.
Return to hotel for ibadah and rest.

Day 19 to Day 20 – Prepare for the blessed night of Shab-e-Barat with increased ibadah, Qur’an recitation, and nightly worship.

Final day of ibadah in Masjid an-Nabawi.
Offer farewell Salam and spend time in reflection.

Checkout from hotel and proceed to Jeddah Airport.
Board IndiGo flight back to Mumbai.
Return with unforgettable spiritual blessings.
A minimum of Rs. 40,000 per person must be paid to secure a booking if the departure date is after 21 days.
50% of the total amount is due 21 to 30 days before departure.
Full payment is required 21 days before departure, or the booking will be canceled without prior notice.
The tour cost remains the same for bookings through Agents, but Rahat Travels Of India Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any cash transactions with Agents.
For bookings within 21 days of departure,
100% payment is required.
For advance bookings, 100% payment must be cleared at least 21 days before departure.
No tickets will be issued if the payment for tickets is not completed 21 days before departure, in accordance with airline regulations.
Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 2 blank pages.
Pan card copy (Linked with Aadhar Number)
Rs. 40,000 per person is non-refundable.
50% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled 21 to 30 days before departure.
100% of the package amount is non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of departure.
Date change charges: Rs. 10,000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges, for changes made 21 to 30 days before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policies apply.
No date changes are allowed within 20 days of departure; cancellations apply.
Influenza and meningitis vaccination is compulsory and take vaccination 10 days prior to travel.
While traveling to carry all original documents is compulsory

Important Notes & Policies
In case of package booked without umrah visa through us, than transportation will be subject to availability.
Extra luggage other than mentioned on ticket would be paid by the pilgrim.
Unutilized services are Non-refundable.
Rooms Allotment as per hotel management, no room choice will be entertained.
Flight Tickets can be availed at an approximate additional cost of INR 36,500. The final price, however, is subject to the fare at the time of ticket issuance.
